* Adjust the buckles to your leg size for a comfortable fit
* Place the knee pad centered over the kneecap, fasten the straps correctly
* Straps should be snug but not restrict movement or blood flow
* Double-check both pads sit symmetrically and stay in place when bending or kneeling
* Use the knee pads on suitable surfaces and avoid kneeling on sharp objects 
* Inspect for damage and clean on regular base (no machine wash!) 
* Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight
* Dispose responsibility: follow local recycling/waste guidelines
